Wedding at Founders One Nine

Brooke and Zach had the most beautiful day to get married. Blue skies. Light wind. Beautiful! Their sweet, genuine love shone throughout the day, which just made the entire day perfect. We fell in love with them. It’s always so hard when the wedding is over because we know we won’t get to talk to our new friends as often. They had the reception for their wedding at Founders One Nine.

We started the day off at The Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District where the wedding party got ready and we got to take some detail photos. I was instantly in love with the pink and white florals. I love me a good Dahlia moment.

Brooke and Zach did their first look on the rooftop with the Omaha skyline as their backdrop, where they immediately shared private vows, laughter, and tears.

We wandered around just outside The Marriott and snapped a few portraits of just the two of them before heading to their church for the ceremony.

They got married at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Omaha and had the prettiest wand send-off.

Then we headed to Gerald R Ford Birthsite and Gardens for wedding party portraits. It’s one of my favorite spots to shoot because of the combination of the architecture and gardens.

We spent the rest of the evening celebrating their wedding at Founders One Nine. Founders One Nine is a large wedding venue in Downtown Omaha with parking right across the street. It’s beautiful and bright with white walls, a white ceiling, and white curtains for decor. You can easily step outside for sunset to get a few shots with Omaha behind you!
